Monlux supports the use, implementation and development of charter schools. He believes that it should be a State/Local Community issue on when to build and implement a charter school. In addition Charter Schools allows students with gifts/talents who parents can't afford to send them to private school to still get a World class education in developing those gifts and talents. Additionally Charter Schools help keep the teacher to student ratio lower in the public schools while uplifting everyone for a better education.
